Devin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond in 2004 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans in 2007. He was an analyst with Marsh Inc. and a corporate lender with Whitney National Bank before joining Waters, Parkerson & Co. in 2007. Devin is a Past President of the Isidore Newman School Alumni Board and past Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors for the Legacy Donor Foundation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Carrollton Boosters.
