Baldwin is a 1998 graduate of the University of Mississippi where he received his B.B.A and is a CFA Charterholder. He was a corporate lender with Whitney National Bank before joining Waters, Parkerson & Co. in 2001. Baldwin is a member of the CFA Institute and is a Past President of the CFA Society of Louisiana. He is a past Treasurer and Member of the Board of Trustees of Louise S. McGehee School.
