Julie received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Kentucky in 1981 and joined Waters, Parkerson & Co. upon graduation. She is a past Member of the Board of Directors of Louise S. McGehee School and currently serves on the Finance Committee for Trinity Episcopal Church.
